This course will provide the training and information you need to obtain certification as a Responsible Vendor in Colorado for on-premises liquor licenses in Colorado.  This includes hotel & restaurant, beer & wine, tavern, resort complex, campus liquor complex, club, arts, gaming tavern, system transportation, bed and breakfast, art gallery and racetrack licenses.   Each course consists of a minimum of 2 hours of training, Q&A and a test.  You must score a 70% in order to pass.

 This course will provide the training and information you need to obtain certification as a Responsible Vendor for off-premises liquor licenses in Colorado.  This includes retail liquor stores, liquor-licensed drugstores, fermented malt beverage licensees.  This course will also provide suppliers (importers, manufacturers and wholesalers) with the training needed to conduct tastings at retail liquor stores and liquor-licensed drugstores. Each course consists of a minimum of 2 hours of training, Q&A and a test.  You must score a 70% in order to pass. 

This course will provide the training and information you need to obtain certification as a Responsible Vendor in Colorado for both on and off-premises liquor licenses.  Each course consists of a minimum of 2 hours of training, Q&A and a test.  You must score a 70% in order to pass. 

This course will provide the training and information needed to re-certify as a responsible vendor.  This also includes the opportunity to test out of the class without taking the course.  Every responsible vendor employee must re-certify every three years, so this can as simple as taking an exam to obtain your re-certification.

This course provides extensive training and information needed to understand the top two tiers of alcohol laws and rules.  Topics include each license types abilities and limitations, trade practices, brand registration, primary and sole source information, law and rue updates, sales rooms, tastings and much more.  Learn all you wanted to know about how to keep compliant and run a successful liquor license establishment.

Trade practices are a complex set of laws and rules that can have major consequences if not followed correctly.  In addition to facing state sanctions, licensees also face potential sanctions from the Federal Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau.  This class will cover Colorado liquor laws and rules concerning compliance with trade practices.
